Simply click "Book Free Trial" anywhere on our website. Fill in your name, email, and level — then choose a teacher and a time slot. Your first 30-minute lesson is completely free with no card required.
Is the free trial really free? Do I need a credit card?+
Yes — 100% free. No card, no hidden charges. We believe in letting you experience the quality before committing. After your trial, choose any plan that suits you.
What age groups do you teach?+
We teach students from age 4 to 70+. We have specialist teachers for young children (4–12), teenagers, and adults. Just mention the age during sign-up and we'll match you with the right teacher.
What courses do you offer?+
Four main courses: Recitation (beginners), Arabic (reading & meaning), Hifz (memorization), and Tajweed (recitation rules). Each is taught 1-on-1 live in our built-in video classroom.
Lessons & Teachers
How are lessons conducted?+
All lessons are live, 1-on-1, right here on the site — no external app needed. Lessons are 30–45 minutes. Join from any device — phone, tablet, or computer.
Are your teachers certified?+
Yes. All teachers hold Ijazah in Quran recitation and are verified by our academic team. Many are graduates of Al-Azhar University, Cairo or similar institutions.
Do you have female teachers for sisters and girls?+
Absolutely. We have dedicated female teachers. Simply select "Female Teacher" preference during sign-up and we'll match you accordingly.
Can I change my teacher if I'm not satisfied?+
Yes, anytime. WhatsApp us at +92 319 4787620 and we'll arrange a new teacher — no questions asked.
What time zones do you support?+
We support all time zones. Teachers available from 7 AM to 10 PM PKT (GMT+5), covering UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE and more. Slots are shown in your local time.

  • Jitsi Meet (video service): For conducting live lessons
  • Firebase (Google): For secure data storage

We use Firebase (Google Cloud) with SSL encryption to store your data securely. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access.

6. Your Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using QalabeNoor Academy website or booking a lesson, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

QalabeNoor Academy provides live online Quran education via our built-in video classroom. Services include: Recitation, Arabic, Hifz, and Tajweed lessons on a subscription or pay-per-lesson basis.

3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours before the session time
  • No-shows without notice will be counted as used lessons
  • Rescheduled lessons carry over to the next month — they do not expire
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to teacher unavailability, with advance notice given

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if no lessons have been conducted
  • Partial refunds may be issued for unused lessons at our discretion
  • Free trial lessons are non-transferable and limited to one per student

5. Code of Conduct

All students and parents are expected to:

  • Treat teachers with respect and adab (Islamic etiquette)
  • Maintain appropriate dress and environment during video lessons
  • Not record lessons without written permission
  • Not share login credentials or classroom links with others

6. Teacher Conduct

All QalabeNoor teachers agree to maintain the highest Islamic and professional standards. Any concerns about teacher conduct should be reported to us immediately at qalabenooracademy@gmail.com or WhatsApp +92 319 4787620.

7. Teacher Engagement & Platform Fee Policy

Any teacher who wishes to be listed and teach through QalabeNoor Academy must agree to the following terms before being onboarded:

  • Platform Registration Fee: A one-time fee of $8 (USD) is required from every teacher upon joining QalabeNoor Academy. This fee covers profile setup, platform access, and student matching.
  • Student Provision: Once the registration fee is paid and the teacher's profile is approved, QalabeNoor Academy will assign and provide students to the teacher based on availability, subject, and time slot.
  • No Fee — No Students: Teachers who have not paid the platform fee will not be assigned any students and will not appear as active on the platform.
  • Payment Method: The $8 fee must be paid via PayPal to qalabenooracademy@gmail.com. No other payment method is accepted for teacher registration.
  • Non-Refundable: The platform registration fee is non-refundable once the teacher profile has been activated.
  • Teacher Earnings: Teachers receive their agreed session rate directly. QalabeNoor Academy earns from the student-side subscription only.

By submitting a teacher application, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by QalabeNoor Academy (worksheets, recordings, notes) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or published without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

QalabeNoor Academy is not liable for technical issues beyond our control (internet outages, video service downtime). In such cases, we will reschedule the lesson at no cost.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. By using our services you consent to this jurisdiction.
